Returns and Refunds

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction.

Customers can return the items purchased within 10 days of delivery of items.

For items where packaging is not opened, Customers can contact us to process a return with the reason to return the items within 10 days of delivery of items and and our team will help process the return.

For items where packaging is opened, Customers can contact us with the return reason the items within 10 days of delivery of items and our team will help process the return after reviewing the quantity to be returned and agree on the refund amount.

Once the return is agreed, customers will need to return the items within 14 days.

On receipt of items returned , we will process a refund within 15 days to the same payment mechanism that was used for purchases.

For Free Shipping Items the returns will be Free of charge and Items that have a Shipping charge, returns will incur a Shipping charge. Customers can choose to pay the shipping cost or will be deducted from the refund amount due to the customer while processing refunds to the customer.

Cancellations

For Cancellations go to contact-us  to call or email us with the order details and reason to cancel your orders.  If the items are not dispactched, we can process a cancellation and process a refund. If the Items are dispatched , the customer will be informed about the dispatch and the customer can request a return on reciept of items .
